“The HB Direct is banned from the league period. This includes the HB direct out of the wildcat. To run a running play out of the wildcat, there must be a PA in that play. You may NOT milk to clock down to one second then hike the ball the cancel the PA. If this occurs by accident it will be excused, at most, a couple of times. If it becomes a habit, you maybe removed from the league. If you don’t like this rule, you’re welcome to leave the league now.”
